Our client, which is a Korean financial institution with international subsidiaries, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist with following qualifications. The person to be hired shall reside in Seoul, but make frequent visits to overseas countries for the fulfillment of responsibilities.

HRD: Human Resources Development Specialist

1. Job Title: Human Resources Development Specialist/Assistant Supervisor

2. Experienced at the financial institution for 3 to 5 years as a specialist of human resources development which includes planning and execution of employees and management educational programs along-with such outsourced HR consulting firms as Watson Wyatt, William M. Mercer, Hewitt and Accenture.

3. Bilingual in Korean and English

4. Related educational disciplines; Personnel Management, MBA, Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogy and other related disciplines
